Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our DTOA crew. As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company teams. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that inform business reputed company and drive reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company

• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
• Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role

• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques

• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
