Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, reputed company Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, reputed company Carolina, or South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Starting Pay and Schedule
Starting pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, reputed company to 5pm PST
