The Role
As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with guests and negotiating reputed company arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. Key Responsibilities:

About You:
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of previous customer service or guest experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities

- Ability to apply multiple facts and resources to respond to questions, identify issues, and resolve guest problems
