Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining high-quality service desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service
• Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and business objectives, IT divisional goals, and various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support the arenaflex business
• Recognizing the impact of changes to IT supported systems and adapting investigations to address client issues
• Demonstrating autonomous judgment and responsibility for resolving reputed company technical issues
• Effectively participating in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported clients, and other IT teams
• Building and maintaining effective, cooperative, and productive relationships with second and reputed company-level IT teams, vendors, and supported clients
• Resolving or escalating incidents, and creating internal news and knowledge reputed company articles
• Participating in reputed company improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades
• Providing answers to clients by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding clients through remedial actions
