Job Summary
As a Customer Service/reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also working as a dispatcher to gather and reputed company information to customers and vendors. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- High-speed internet capabilities (arenaflex does not supply equipment)
- Strong computer and web knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of our industry and products
