Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Manager to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and partner engagement, ensuring our stores run smoothly, and providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and partners. You'll work closely with our store teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Customer Experience (25%):

+ Drive customer satisfaction and partner engagement by mentoring partners on customer care procedures and ensuring the team is providing the highest level of customer service. + Resolve customer escalations reputed company the store and through customer care. + Ensure Division Managers and Floor Deals Partners are reputed company for high-volume sales periods. + Monitor customer reputed company through checkouts and take action to ensure customers receive quick and friendly assistance. + reputed company a restorative move as required.

People (25%):

+ reputed company on-the-job training based on observations and conduct. + Collaborate with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) regarding formal performance discussions and discipline. + Recognize partners for exhibiting values-based behaviors and efficiency, and use recognition tools (Partner Grants) to feature partners showing value-based behaviors and efficiency. + Contribute to ASMs on partner performance and participate in ability planning for every hourly partner. + Help SM and ASMs with partner interviews and reputed company process. + Support and address missed time-clock punches, fluctuations, schedule changes, get call-outs, and reputed company with ASMs and SM regarding follow-up activities. + Ensure adherence to work rule arrangements in regards to workplace safety and reputed company as outlined in the Code of Conduct. + Hold partners accountable for following reputed company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Chief On the Job (50%):

Reports to

Reports to the Store Manager.

Responsible for

Direct management of the work activities of others, which may include direct reputed company of a shift or the coordination of multiple work groups.

Actual Requirements

* Constantly stand or walk or constantly requires lifting/dealing with/conveying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
