About the Role
As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll play a vital role in refining youngster support remittances in our SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to take on other designated tasks that align with your skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures - Maintain a high level of understanding of policies and procedures - Operate as a team member, while also working independently at times with limited supervision - Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Adapt to changing priorities and requirements as needed - Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required - Strong understanding of policies and procedures - Excellent interpersonal skills, including sensitivity, perseverance, and good behavior - Ability to pick up, research, organize, and assess information - Effective communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently with limited supervision - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
