Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- reputed company top-tier customer service by resolving post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, substitutions, assembly services, and order notifications.
- Handle a high volume of calls, typically 50-60 per shift, in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, service effectiveness metrics, and other performance goals as assigned.
- Connect with clients through inbound calls, chats, and messages, building relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen effectively and empathetically to understand client needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- De-escalate client concerns by utilizing conflict resolution skills, balancing client needs with business options while maintaining control.
- Resolve issues in a first-contact resolution approach, utilizing critical thinking to find the best solution for each client.

Requirements
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to design your computer to a modem with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload)
- No remote (WiFi) reputed company allowed for use; reputed company necessary computer hardware and peripherals provided by arenaflex
- Familiarity with working reputed company reputed company Operating Systems or similar
