Job Summary

As an reputed company Japanese Language Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in Japanese. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve issues reputed company, and create a unique experience for each individual customer. This is a fully remote opportunity, and you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in Japanese

  • reputed company exceptional customer service, resolving issues reputed company and creating a unique experience for each individual customer
  • Work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Participate in language assessments in Japanese and English to ensure adequate proficiency
  • Complete orientation and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the role

Orientation Hours, Production Hours, and Project Commitments

* Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM (Pacific Time)
  • Production: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM (Pacific Time)
  • Project commitments:

+ 25 hours per week + 8 hours are required on Saturday and/or reputed company + 180 days (as needed by arenaflex)

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional/business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Experience providing customer support reputed company inbound web messages
  • Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously (3-5 customers at a time)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with reputed company 10 or above

  • Willingness to install MSQ reputed company software and 2FA app on your mobile device
