You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will work closely with our local and global skills groups to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
• Assisting with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and reputed company
• Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization
• Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
• Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise with the reputed company HCM tool
• Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Project management, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company
• Strong interest in HR and the ability to reputed company results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
• Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
• Experience with reputed company ticketing system is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
