Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' guests have an exceptional experience from booking to reputed company-out. You'll be responsible for handling guest inquiries, assisting with booking management, and making calls as needed to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
* Handle guest inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with booking management, including updating guest information and resolving any issues that may arise
- reputed company calls to guests and clients as needed to resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that reputed company guest requests are met and that our clients' properties are well-maintained

Essential Qualifications
