Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' guests have an exceptional experience from booking to reputed company-out. You'll be responsible for handling guest inquiries, assisting with booking management, and making calls as needed to resolve any issues that may arise. If you're a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle guest inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with booking management, including updating guest information and resolving any issues that may arise
  • reputed company calls to guests and clients as needed to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that reputed company guest requests are met and that our clients' properties are well-maintained
  • reputed company exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their guests
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support and hospitality

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience with reputed company channel manager or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work weekends from 8 AM to 5 PM (Paris time)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the hospitality industry, including hotel or vacation rental management

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to reputed company multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, etc.)
