Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations team by performing the following tasks:

• Extracting ships' movement updates from emails and entering data into our operations system with precision and accuracy
• Verifying the accuracy of vendors' Statements of Account (SOA) against our system's records to ensure seamless transactions
• Assisting in generating monthly disbursement summary reports from our system to reputed company valuable insights to our clients
• Preparing reports and invoices to send to customers with attention to detail and a focus on quality

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in admin or data entry roles, with a strong understanding of data entry procedures and software applications
• Ability to work 2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed
• Training will be provided to help you become proficient in our systems and software, with the option to transition to remote work after completing your training
