Position Scope
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers reputed company phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed. You'll be expected to exceed daily quotas, record detailed notes of customer interactions, and maintain reputed company-time communication with inventory volumes.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers reputed company phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed
- Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
- Record detailed notes of customer interactions

- Operate in a remote work environment by utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge

- Work a customer service schedule based on high volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry

Qualification/Education and Experiences

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)

Physical Requirements
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
