Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company issues.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary.
- Resolving Outlier Issues by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

- Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.

- At least one and a half years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
