Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for placing calls to provider offices to obtain missing medical documentation, which will be entered into our company database. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines and complete additional tasks as required to support our division.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to retrieve medical records reputed company fax, mail, through remote electronic medical record reputed company, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location
  • Effectively communicating with team members and external providers to ensure adherence with challenging project timelines
  • Completing additional tasks as required to support our division
  • Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating our database with retrieved medical documentation

Customer Service Representatives Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ years of call center experience reputed company the reputed company/medical field (desired)
  • Strong ability to handle fast-paced training program: You'll need to be reputed company to adapt quickly to our training program and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type 40 WPM: You'll need to be reputed company to type accurately and reputed company to meet our productivity standards
  • Medical terminology a plus: While not required, knowledge of medical terminology is a plus in this role
  • Must have your own work equipment: You'll need to have your own PC/Laptop, mouse, and headset to work 100% remotely
