Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Registering sales on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed
• Processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as required
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters and retail areas
• Performing tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data
• Filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication, confirming medication is correct, and checking for potential interactions
• Reporting and addressing prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to organizational policies and procedures
• Handling calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
• Processing reputed company cases for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner
• Supporting the pharmacy division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medication
• Maintaining knowledge of organizational resource reputed company methods and recording claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
• Building and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays, and completing resets and corrections as assigned
• Supporting the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on reputed company retail areas)
• Maintaining working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
• Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and selling special photo items
• Taking on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and conveys requests to customers as they reputed company at the store)

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

• Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Knowledge of store stock control
• PTCB certification
