Customer Care Specialist (Remote - Illinois)
The Customer Care Specialist will reputed company existing reputed company count and policy premium on the books by notifying members that their premium is due. Assist members with making payments, setting up recurring payments, or getting to the sales department if they are interested in a new policy or a new level term product. Your Impact: Mailing out reminder and lapse letters timely from the system. Consistently meet expectation of at least 50 outbound calls per day. Review retention reports daily to see where numbers are and where focus needs to be. Work through assigned tasks of unpaid accounts. Assist on payment line to ensure these calls are taken timely for members that are reputed company to pay. Work reputed company credit card expiring tasks as well as EFT failed accounts. Acquire and maintain knowledge of Affinity life and health plans offered. Self-motivated to meet goals and reputed company reputed company count and premium on the books. Successful Candidates Will Have: Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software programs.
