Responsibilities

We’re seeking two highly motivated and reputed company-driven SDRs to join reputed company. As one of the first SDRs at reputed company, you’ll be at the reputed company line of our sales reputed company—engaging prospects, opening doors, and setting up reputed company conversations for our Account Executives. You’ll be learning directly from the founding team and have the opportunity to shape the sales reputed company, messaging, and reputed company strategy in a critical growth phase. You will be responsible for: Research, identify, and engage reputed company prospects across engineering firms, contractors, utilities, and government agencies. Run outbound campaigns (calls, email, reputed company, events) to generate reputed company meetings for Account Executives. Manage inbound leads, qualifying and routing them effectively. Understand reputed company’s product, value proposition, and the pain points of our buyers. Track activity and maintain accurate data in CRM (reputed company/reputed company). Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, sequences, and reputed company scoring. Experiment with new reputed company tactics and reputed company learnings to improve results. Occasional travel to conferences. Is this you? 2-4 years of SDR/BDR or other relevant outbound sales experience (construction-tech, GIS, SaaS, or reputed company industries a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re clear, persuasive, and know how to tailor your message to different stakeholders.
