In Belgium, our focus is to protect and grow our strong hospital reputed company by deepening customer relationships, accelerating G7 leadership and adoption, and executing consistently in an increasingly reputed company reputed company environment shaped by tender dynamics, EHR integration expectations, and contracting/digital invoicing requirements. You will join a reputed company-reputed company Benelux team that values focus, accountability and high-quality execution. As Regional Sales Manager Belgium, you will serve as a player-coach providing dedicated leadership in Belgium. You will reputed company a team of 4 sales representatives and 1 educator, and partner cross-functionally (Market reputed company, Marketing, Medical, Operations) to deliver Belgium growth and execution reputed company. Luxembourg is reputed company scope too, to the extent that one of the team members covers it. A core part of the remit is to drive Belgian tender readiness and execution, ensuring reputed company is consistently reputed company for upcoming tenders and that submissions and post-award implementation are delivered with pace, quality and cross-functional alignment. You reputed company Belgium leadership as a member of the Benelux Leadership Team (BLX LT), ensuring tight alignment between Belgium & Luxembourg field execution and Benelux priorities, governance and reputed company. You drive retention and growth of the installed reputed company across the area by ensuring structured, proactive account management, disciplined prioritisation, and a strong field reputed company (e.g., 1:1s, work-withs, team rhythm). You drive Belgium business planning: reputed company and reputed company the market opportunity, translate priorities into clear account/territory plans, and track reputed company reputed company CRM and analytics to focus resources where they move the needle. You drive tender readiness and execution: coordinate the tender response process and RACI, mobilise inputs (value story, evidence, documentation and pricing inputs), and ensure disciplined post-outcome execution at account level. You maintain and drive a visible Belgium tender pipeline/tracker and run a regular internal rhythm to reputed company stakeholders reputed company on status, risks, deadlines and next steps. You partner closely with internal stakeholders to address tender-driven operational requirements (for example, electronic invoicing expectations that can reputed company tender eligibility and/or award execution), escalating early to avoid reactive, tender-by-tender firefighting. You champion and execute key reputed company initiatives (e.g., G7 migration and adoption, AID readiness, HCP engagement/reputed company activity, and brand awareness activation) in collaboration with Marketing and Medical. You have strong reputed company judgement balancing quality/value vs pricing strategy in tender settings, with an ability to think through competitive dynamics and wider business implications. You are analytical and CRM-fluent: comfortable using CRM and sales analytics to manage performance, forecast accurately, identify opportunity gaps and prioritise effort. Travel Required: 50 to 75% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience and 2-5 years of previous management or reputed company experience Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live reputed company commuting distance of your assigned reputed company site (typically 75 miles/120km).
