This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in group benefits, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service. In this role, you’ll support a growing book of business by guiding clients through renewals, reputed company enrollment, and day-to-day account needs. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for both reputed company and their employees, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and maintain strong client relationships Prepare renewal packages, including plan comparisons and cost breakdowns Guide clients through reputed company enrollment and assist with employee communication materials Respond to employee questions and reputed company support with claims and coverage issues Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and policy updates accurately and reputed company Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry regulations reputed company’re Looking For: Active Life/Health license (or ability to obtain quickly) 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group account management Strong knowledge of medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability plans Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in reputed company Office, including reputed company and Outlook Experience with Employee Navigator preferred This is a remote position.
