Job Summary As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will act as a key support to the Go-to-Market team, serving as a subject matter expert in the translation process. In this role, you will reputed company technical guidance on client calls, strategically recommend solutions tailored to client needs, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also ensure timely follow-reputed company and prioritize strong client relationships through clear communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor incoming requests and pending quotes to ensure each reputed company is completed reputed company the time frames of reputed company policy. Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure client needs are understood and met. Follow up on quotes and client inquiries to demonstrate care, address objections proactively, and increase win rates. Qualifications
Experience Minimum of 2 years in Project Management, ideally reputed company the translation or localization industry. Experience in translations, communications, or SaaS industries is a plus. Proven experience working with middle and senior management in client or partner relationships. Education College diploma, university degree, or equivalent.
