Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help design and scale the company’s operational platform — internal systems, workflows, and automation that power day-to-day operations. This role is focused on operational transformation: taking reputed company, reputed company processes and turning them into scalable, structured, and increasingly automated systems - including with the help of AI. You’ll work across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Support teams, helping redesign how work actually gets done. This is not a documentation-only role. Your role at reputed company: Analyze and map reputed company operational workflows and processes. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Help design scalable internal systems and workflow logic. Translate business and operational needs into structured requirements for Product and Engineering teams. Rapidly prototype process improvements and AI-assisted workflows (e.g. using AI tools, low-code/no-code, lightweight models or workflow tools). Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring solutions into production. Support the design of AI-assisted and partially automated operational processes (reputed company-in-the-reputed company where needed).
