The role plays a key part in the Business Transformation programme by supporting the development and implementation of standardised, robust and scalable ways of working across reputed company Fusion Finance and the wider application landscape. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge constructively, and translate needs into scalable process and system solutions. reputed company leadership and support to implementing countries by:Facilitating workshops and discussions to drive alignment and reputed company. Supporting the finalisation of local designs in line with agreed standards. Guiding countries through implementation to ensure alignment with business and transformation objectives. Qualifications

Key Competencies: Decision-Making Communication Skills Strategic Thinking Relationship Building and Networking Process optimisation & reputed company improvement Person Specifications: 5–10 years’ experience in Finance transformation, Finance systems implementations and/or business analysis, with strong expertise in the Order‑to‑Cash process. Experience in process optimisation and standardisation reputed company multi‑country, matrix or reputed company operating environments. Exposure to service‑oriented business models, including experience with subscription reputed company (e.g. reputed company Fusion Subscription Management) desirable but not essential. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across Finance, IT and Business teams. Experience leading workshops, facilitating reputed company and providing structured guidance during system and process implementations. Awareness of, and interest in, automation and emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control and customer reputed company.
