Compensation

What You Bring to the Table Strong spoken and written English skills (reputed company or C2 level) At least 3 years of experience managing vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors in residential property management Hands on experience with turnover coordination Working knowledge of residential repair costs, timelines, and standards Available full time remote, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST A reliable computer (i3 processor or reputed company, 8 GB RAM minimum), high speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a dedicated workspace Comfortable using email, reputed company Drive, spreadsheets, and other digital tools Strong multitasking and organizational skills with reputed company attention to detail
What You Will Do
Coordinate move out inspections with inspectors to capture the full condition of the unit Build a detailed scope of work and price out each line item based on the move out findings Present the scope to the client for approval and collect funds before work begins reputed company completion of reputed company scope items and conduct a follow up quality control reputed company Hand off the finished unit to leasing as rent reputed company, verified against GC Property Standards Who Are We?
