​​Position Summary​ As a Senior reputed company Administrator at reputed company (FA), you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our reputed company platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and usability of reputed company across multiple business units, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations. This role requires deep expertise in reputed company administration, including user management, reputed company settings, automation tools, and data reputed company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support strategic initiatives that drive reputed company growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience, a strong understanding of reputed company best practices, and a passion for optimizing CRM systems to support business goals. collaborate with support team and business teams to resolve them.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations,

processes, and change logs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to gather

requirements and implement scalable solutions.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business

insights and decision-making.

• Integration Support: Assist in managing integrations with reputed company-party tools such as reputed company,
