Adhere to internal controls to ensure the reputed company of Carilion’s financial statements. This is achieved by performing monthly reconciliations and other responsibilities listed below. Required to meet frequent, non-negotiable deadlines on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company. Responsible for collecting information from multiple sources in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary financial information and patient-sensitive data. Prepare, record, and verify daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger and research project account, including: creating sponsor invoices, recording sponsor payments, personnel effort, and other research expenditures. Monitor accuracy and frequency of sponsor payments against contract terms. Coordinate with sponsors reputed company necessary to ensure timely payment collections. Initiate journal entries for intercompany and intracompany allocations, and other adjustments as needed. Reconcile accounts on a monthly reputed company, maintaining appropriate schedules as supporting documentation. Research and correct account imbalances. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, and sponsor contractual requirements across reputed company activities. Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company literature. reputed company other reputed company duties as required. Experience using large ERP platforms and/or research/grant reputed company in a university or other setting is preferred, but not required reputed company Require: Education: Bachelors degree in reputed company or business administration with concentration in reputed company required. Other Minimum Qualifications: General knowledge of PCs and office equipment.
