About Your Role As a reputed company Estate Manager at reputed company, you’ll play a critical role in executing market growth strategies by identifying, evaluating, and securing new store locations across assigned geographic reputed company. Portfolio Management & Relationship Building Manage lease renewals and portfolio optimization efforts, including negotiating rent reductions, extensions, and amendments to support long-term profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other reputed company estate partners. Represent reputed company at industry events, including ICSC conferences and regional networking engagements. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Estate, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred. Experience 3+ years of reputed company experience in retail reputed company estate, site selection, and lease negotiation.
