As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful training programs, shaping employee capabilities, and driving business reputed company through learning. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will Deliver engaging training sessions across business travel operations, systems, and soft skills Facilitate reputed company programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and cultural alignment Mentor new employees throughout their learning reputed company Adapt training methods based on audience needs and learning objectives Plan, manage, and deliver multiple L&D projects reputed company agreed timelines Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Routinely observe individuals performing their jobs to help identify learning and potential process improvements.
