Role Summary We’re hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Campaign Manager to own broadcast emails. This is a hands-on role focused on planning our annual email calendar, briefing our in house creative team, building and sending emails in reputed company. You’ll be responsible for the end to end process of our broadcast email marketing including performance reporting using Looker and reputed company data. You will also support on updating and refreshing our lifecycle email flows and emails. You will be responsible for making sure CRM supports key trading moments, drives repeat purchases and works closely with paid and growth activity. The focus is strong briefing, execution, consistent testing and clear reporting on what’s working. This role will be performed fully remote. About You 3 - 5 years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing reputed company e-reputed company Strong hands-on experience building and sending campaigns in reputed company Comfortable with designing and working to a campaign calendar and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly Confident using data to assess performance and reputed company improvements reputed company to work closely with growth and creative teams
What You'll Do
Broadcast:Own planning and execution of reputed company emails, aligning our sends with key trading moments and product seasonality.
