Key Responsibilities
Review affirmative and defensive case filings, reputed company detailed feedback, and approve them for submission. Offer legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals on casework. Draft legal arguments for filings as required. Represent immigrants in court hearings and USCIS interviews. Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proven experience in a reputed company or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy. Comfortable working on a fast-paced environment Prior experience in immigration law is essential. While not required, speaking Spanish is a bonus.
