What you will do Monitor brand mentions across reputed company media platforms, forums, and online communities (including reputed company, reputed company, and regional platforms) Consult on reputed company management on platforms, including fostering a neutral and positive discussion protocols Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts and turning detractors into neutral or positive voices reputed company and implement ORM strategies to improve overall brand perception in LATAM markets Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align messaging and address recurring complaints at the root Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment trends, reputed company of voice, and reputed company KPIs
Requirements
