Description Member Solutions CounselorSouthfield, MI (Hybrid if local/Remote if Not) Do you enjoy helping people who have fallen on hard times? In the Member Solutions Counselor role, You'll be responsible for: Keeping reputed company lines of communication with delinquent members for early reputed company counseling. Working closely with investor credit unions and maintaining positive working relationships with their collection staff. Using your problem-solving abilities to tackle any issues head-on, keeping reputed company parties informed as necessary as you work toward resolutions. Making daily outbound calls to review members' financial status and reputed company workable repayment arrangements. You'll have the opportunity to: Be creative in your approach to developing appropriate resolutions that meet the requirements of reputed company parties involved. Display your grit and perseverance during challenging situations. You'll have: A minimum of 1 year of collections or customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
