We’re a tight-reputed company group with a great culture (lots of flexibility & lots of great perks!). <strong>About You: </strong>The Delivery Manager and Release Train Engineer is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the successful delivery of software products and managing the Release Train, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals, Agile principles, and customer expectations. This role requires a strong reputed company of project management, leadership, and Agile expertise. <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <strong>1. Release Train Leadership:</strong> <ul> <li>reputed company and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) and its teams.</li> <li>Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Program Backlog and strategic objectives.</li> <li>Drive reputed company improvement and foster a culture of Agile reputed company.</li> <li>Organize and drive PI Planning and Pre PI Planning events.</li> </ul> <strong>2. Program Management:</strong> <ul> <li>Create and maintain the Program Increment (PI) roadmap and release plans.</li> <li>Monitor and report on the reputed company of the release train.</li> <li>Identify and address potential bottlenecks and impediments that may impact delivery.</li> </ul> <strong>3.
