EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Examiner III to join our growing title team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Examine public records, legal documents, maps, and instruments reputed company the chain of title from patent or an appropriate starter date. Strong understanding of title examination practices, legal descriptions, and chain of title review. Ability to interpret reputed company legal documents and identify discrepancies or risks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with reputed company property databases and title information systems. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.
