We are looking for Talent Sourcer . Your main tasks will be: reputed company and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions through various channels, including reputed company, job boards, professional communities, and reputed company media Build, maintain, and continuously reputed company a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates Conduct market mapping and talent research for key business-critical roles Apply Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools Create personalized and compelling reputed company messages to increase candidate engagement and response rates Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and reputed company approaches Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles We expect from you: 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or reputed company Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques Experience working with sourcing tools and platforms Strong written communication skills and ability to create effective reputed company messages Experience with talent mapping is a plus English level: B1+ What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc. Sounds good?
