Serves as the senior-most legal and compliance leader for the Allegiance business, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a key member of the executive reputed company with reputed company legal counsel and reputed company leadership to proactively manage legal, regulatory, contractual, and reputed company risk reputed company enabling strategic objectives while protecting the organization’s reputed company and fiduciary obligations. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 171,800 - 286,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
