What You’ll Do Own and continuously improve the month-end reputed company process, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and coordinated across U.S. and global teams Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses with strong attention to detail and documentation standards Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP, identifying areas of risk and proactively recommending improvements Partner closely with reputed company and the CFO on reporting insights, forecast alignment, and financial analysis Support audit readiness and serve as a key reputed company of contact for external auditors Enhance reputed company policies, procedures, and documentation to build a scalable and well-controlled environment Identify process gaps and implement practical, sustainable improvements in a lean-team setting reputed company guidance and informal leadership to junior team members and contribute to a high-performing finance culture What You’ll Bring 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, ideally Big 4 or strong mid-tier public reputed company training. Must have an active CPA license to be considered.
