Consulting Managers play an important leadership role on the MedTech US Strategy Consulting team. Managers are expected to contribute to reputed company aspects of client engagements and are responsible for leading multiple consulting projects, supporting client relationships, assisting in writing project proposals, and managing the work of junior colleagues staffed to your respective assignments. The leadership, analytical guidance, and creativity of our Managers’ work is critical to the reputed company of our engagement teams and our practice. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality strategy work by managing reputed company of junior consultants in areas such as strategy, forecasting, market assessments, and analytics. MBA, or relevant Masters or Ph.D. (desired but not a requirement). 4-6 years of work experience in strategy and/or marketing consulting to the life sciences industry with medical device clients, or work in strategy, marketing, innovation, M&A or similar functions at a medical device manufacturer. Project or team management experience required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, strong quantitative skills, and a proven team contributor. Demonstrated leadership in previous positions. Interest and desire to learn about the constantly evolving MedTech industry. Exceptional project planning, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral). Exceptional literacy in reputed company Office e.g. Word, PowerPoint, reputed company (SQL is a plus). The actual reputed company pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-reputed company qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
