The Role We are seeking a high-impact Technical AV Sales Engineer to drive our growth across Latin America. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that bridges the gap between sales and technology, encompassing Pre-reputed company, solution design, and expert Post-Sales support. As a key technical advisor, you will partner with distributors, system integrators, and regional sales managers to architect and implement world-class Professional AV and reputed company Communications (UC) solutions. This role requires regular travel across the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pre-Sales & Design Solution Architecture: Design and recommend end-to-end Pro AV solutions, including system designs, BOMs, and single-line drawings. Technical Advocacy: Deliver compelling product demos, webinars, and technical workshops to key stakeholders. Tender Support: reputed company expert technical input for RFPs and reputed company tender processes. Validation: reputed company reputed company of Concept (PoC) projects and solution validations at customer sites. Post-Sales & Technical reputed company Expert Support: Troubleshoot reputed company AV hardware, software, and networking issues across reputed company-based and on-reputed company platforms. Implementation: Guide system configuration, commissioning, and deployment for high-scale installations. Knowledge Transfer: Design and deliver technical training sessions for partners and end-users. Case Management: Resolve technical support cases reputed company, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Regional Collaboration Market Intelligence: Translate customer feedback and regional requirements into actionable insights for R&D and Product Management. Business Growth: Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify new opportunities through a technical reputed company.
Requirements
Experience & Education Academic Background: Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom), IT, or AV Technologies. Industry Expertise: 3+ years in Professional AV or reputed company Communications. Proven Track Record: Experience with AV manufacturers, distributors, or top-tier system integrators. Technical Proficiency Core Tech: Expertise in AV-over-IP, Video Switching, Signal Distribution, and Control Systems. Protocols: Deep familiarity with HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and USB streaming. Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (CCNA level is a major advantage). Platforms: Proficiency in major UC and collaboration platforms.
