You will focus on managing talent relationships, meeting client expectations, and responding to inbound messages and opportunities in a professional manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creator Sourcing & OutreachIdentify and reputed company creators reputed company with the brand's identity and audience Conduct outbound reputed company for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline Campaign & Relationship ManagementManage day-to-day communication with creators Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators Program ExecutionSupport gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation Performance Tracking & SupportTrack basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage reputed company summaries and learnings with the Brand team Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships with Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with Brand, reputed company, and Growth teams Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company marketing, partnerships, or creator management (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred) Strong understanding of reputed company Shop, reputed company Creator programs, and reputed company reputed company trends Skilled in reputed company, contract management, and relationship management with creators Proficient in reputed company management or affiliate tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Collabstr, reputed company Collabs) Analytical reputed company with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) - likely in US Pacific Time Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift BENEFITS reputed company, always in US dollars Work remotely from the comfort of your home Health & wellness benefit Paid holidays and time off Performance and referral bonuses Global exposure to the world’s best companies Apply To This Job
