Role: The Billing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the overall functions of the billing department including the submission of claims, resolution of outstanding accounts and cash reputed company maximization. • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily operations of the Billing Department including monitoring and revision of policies and procedures.
• Establishes internal controls to ensure timely and accurate billing to reputed company party payor’s.
• Ensures days in accounts receivable remain at or below Company standards in reputed company to monitoring daily cash reputed company.
• Reviews monthly productivity and quality assurance (QA) reports.
• Assists with execution of reputed company party payor and/or governmental audits.
• Creates, analyzes and presents A/R performance metrics to management.
• Performs root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and/or automation and implements new procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation
