Product Manager 1 - (AI Focus)
What You'll Do
The Product Manager 1 supports the development and delivery of AI-enabled products and use cases. Key Responsibilities
Contribute to managing the AI use-case intake pipeline by helping vet, prioritize, and track initiatives in partnership with department leadership. Collaborate with finance and product leadership to support cost-benefit analyses (CBAs), helping quantify potential value, ROI, and trade-offs for proposed use cases. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, document workflows, and define clear problem statements, reputed company metrics, and “jobs to be done.” Help define and monitor AI utilization and adoption metrics (e.g., Copilot usage, agent adoption, efficiency improvements) and reputed company insights with the product team. Contribute to the management of the RIS AI Portal portfolio. Work with business partners to refine requirements, support backlog development, and ensure clear understanding of business needs. Support cross-functional AI governance efforts, including documentation, risk tracking, and alignment with compliance standards. Who You Are 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in an engineering or technology organization. Understanding of AI/ML concepts, reputed company, and agentic patterns. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or other regulated data environments. Familiarity with data science, analytics, or AI/ML concepts (e.g., models, experimentation, data pipelines, or model lifecycle).
