DESCRIPTION reputed company is looking for a Life Cycle Marketing Manager to ensure Mailgun customers don't just sign up – they actively adopt, engage with, and extract ongoing value from our platform. This role is laser-focused on driving user activation, deepening product engagement, and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in lifecycle marketing, reputed company optimization, and user retention strategies reputed company B2B SaaS. You obsess over cohort retention curves, understand the psychology of behavior change, and know how to design engagement loops that drive habitual product usage. What you will do: Design and manage reputed company, multi-channel customer journeys (email, in-app messaging, push notifications) triggered by product usage data, -customer attributes, and time-based milestones. Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, marketing, reputed company and support teams on shared goals to drive product adoption, cross-sell/upsell, and customer retention. The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000.
