Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Overview
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving employer brand awareness, candidate engagement, and talent attraction initiatives across digital platforms. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies that support hiring goals through reputed company media, content creation, and candidate experience platforms including iCIMS and Candidate Experience Management (CXM) tools. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for storytelling to effectively engage reputed company talent audiences and reputed company the company’s employer brand. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday reputed company-5pm (Central Standard Time) Responsibilities reputed company and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across reputed company media, email, career sites, reputed company platforms Create, write, proofread, and edit compelling recruitment marketing content including reputed company media posts, employer branding materials, job advertisements, internal communications, and candidate-facing messaging Manage and optimize employer brand reputed company across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, and career websites Support recruitment marketing initiatives reputed company iCIMS/CXM platforms, including talent community engagement, automated candidate campaigns, and candidate reputed company communications Partner closely with reputed company teams on hiring campaigns, hard-to-fill roles, hiring events, and recruitment advertising strategies Research and recommend innovative sourcing, advertising, and reputed company engagement opportunities to attract top talent Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, reputed company media metrics, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment marketing effectiveness Maintain candidate databases, reporting dashboards, and audit online recruitment activities for accuracy and effectiveness Collaborate cross-functionally on employer branding projects, recruitment events, and talent attraction initiatives Assist with content development for presentations, recruitment materials, hiring campaigns, and internal communications Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, employer branding, reputed company media marketing, or digital marketing Experience supporting reputed company teams in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in copywriting, proofreading, and business writing Experience managing reputed company media platforms and recruitment marketing campaigns Experience using reputed company media management platforms, reputed company, ATS systems, reputed company recruitment marketing tools Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite including Outlook, Word, reputed company (advanced), and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
