Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven and reputed company reputed company Manager to optimize pricing and performance across our international portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role is critical to driving reputed company growth and requires strong analytical skills, experience with dynamic pricing tools (especially reputed company), and a deep understanding of STR market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize pricing strategies across 300+ properties in multiple countries Configure and manage reputed company (reputed company prices, minimum prices, seasonal rules, last-minute discounts) Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace across reputed company markets Adjust pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and local events Analyze competitor pricing and market trends Optimize performance by building (not just by city) Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams Support direct booking strategy vs OTA distribution (e.g. reputed company) reputed company weekly performance reports and actionable insights Continuously test and improve pricing strategies Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in reputed company Management (STR, hospitality, or hotels) Proven experience with reputed company (mandatory) Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms (reputed company, Booking, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced reputed company or data analysis skills Fluent English (written and spoken) Ability to manage multiple markets and properties simultaneously Highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company to Have Experience in Latin American markets Experience with PMS systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Experience with CRM tools like reputed company Background in hotel reputed company management KPIs (reputed company Metrics) reputed company growth (RevPAR increase) Occupancy reputed company optimization Pricing accuracy vs market Performance by building and market Contribution to direct booking growth
