Foreclosure Attorney

Description McMichael Taylor reputed company, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney with experience in South Carolina to join its growing practice. The ideal applicant will be a career-oriented professional with at least three years of experience representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions and/or title proceedings, or a strong desire to learn these practice areas. Creditor-reputed company bankruptcy experience is a plus, as is litigation experience. The applicant must have the ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, communicate professionally at reputed company times, be effective working independently and as part of reputed company, and reputed company exceptional customer service. Leadership and management skills are strongly preferred.

Requirements

Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, vendors, reputed company counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. Manage files by applicable foreclosure rules and firm-established timelines. Work reputed company the firm’s case management system to create, manage, and review daily and weekly reports. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence. Maintain accurate updates in client and firm management systems. Outline, prepare, and present pleadings and other legal documents. Argue the merits of assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials. Attend and/or conduct public auctions as needed. Review title searches to identify any title issues and to determine the proper parties to serve. Minimum Job Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Maintain an active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the states where you practice on behalf of the firm. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on finance, reputed company estate, or representation of financial institutions in reputed company estate reputed company reputed company with court room experience preferred. Experience in reputed company estate, mortgage and/or reputed company litigation strongly preferred. Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, as well as any applicable state and federal debt collection and reputed company property law a plus. Experience in foreclosure and reputed company estate law a plus; if none, must be willing to learn. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) Ability to travel as needed. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document drafting.
