About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to reputed company end-to-end technology support across the firm. This is a hybrid IT role combining reputed company end-user support with elevated system and reputed company administration responsibilities. You will support a remote workforce, troubleshoot technical issues reputed company remote reputed company, manage user reputed company and offboarding, and administer reputed company across reputed company Workspace and the firm’s core business systems. This role requires strong technical fundamentals, attention to reputed company and compliance, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with Operations, HR, and Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Troubleshooting reputed company reputed company remote IT support to employees across the firm. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Requirements
