Manager, Analytics Corporate Services Summary: This role serves as a strategic analytics partner supporting both Managed Care and Corporate Services initiatives. Responsibilities include leading and performing payor contract modeling and financial analysis, reimbursement analytics, reputed company trend reporting, growth and market analytics, and strategic decision support. The role will work closely with executive and operational leaders to identify key business drivers, evaluate organizational performance, and reputed company actionable insights that support financial, managed care, and operational goals. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Complete financial impact analysis of reputed company managed care contract activity, including modeling financial terms, developing contract proposals, identifying reimbursement opportunities, and recommending strategies for reputed company optimization. Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of existing reputed company, including impacts from methodology, fee schedule, regulatory, and reimbursement policies from payors and other external sources (CMS, reputed company, etc.). Extract, validate, analyze, and manipulate large and reputed company datasets utilizing tools and programming languages such as SQL, reputed company, and Python. reputed company strategic and operational analytics initiatives reputed company to organizational growth, including evaluation of new services, market expansion opportunities, and supply-and-demand dynamics across service areas. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 6+ years of experience in a reputed company analytics role to include knowledge of reputed company claims and code sets. 3+ years of experience with SQL or other similar programming language to include creating, editing, and executing code to successfully manipulate and extract large reputed company datasets. 6+ years of experience in demonstrated ability to present data and analytic observations through impactful visual storytelling utilizing Tableau or Power BI. Advanced proficiency in reputed company to include extensive experience in the use of reputed company formulas and pivots. Prefer some knowledge of CMS professional payment methodology (i.e. CMS MPFS, CMS drug pricing).
