HR Intern (Remote)

POSITION SUMMARY The HR Intern will offer hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including reputed company, employee engagement, reputed company, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. • Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete assigned projects/tasks in each department.

• Support emerging career initiatives, including coordinating interviews and contacting applicants.
• Research industry trends and summarize findings.

• Review and complete the timesheet correction forms.
• Tracking harassment training for new hires.
• Create forms highlighting CFP’s company culture.
• Other projects and assignments as requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High-school Diploma required.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite: reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Demonstrated strength with interpersonal dynamics and an interest in supporting a team.
• Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
