What You’ll Do: In this role, you will be at the center of our litigation practice, working closely with attorneys to move cases reputed company reputed company and strategically. Your contributions will include: Partnering with attorneys to reputed company legal arguments, motions, and key case filings Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team Why Join Kaufman Dolowich You will be part of a collaborative, high-energy legal support team that values initiative, precision, and professional growth.
